______

Women’s retreat program 2024

from 8h30 – Welcome coffee at the Hotel Seaside, Schachenstrasse 43, 3700 Spiez, Switzerland

9h - ca. 13h00 – Workshop with Prof. Heather Hofmeister “Clear and constructive communication"

Clear and constructive communication

In life and at work, information needs to be shared, and needs, adjustments, disappointments, and plans have to be spoken about. Misunderstandings can arise. Yet people have differing levels of comfort with speaking, or hearing, about certain topics. This workshop offers tools to give and receive feedback, to separate emotional and factual levels in critique giving and receiving, and offers a framework for preparing, initiating, and navigating difficult conversations in the most constructive way possible so that communication is smoother and relationships can recover from conflicts more quickly.
